A limited selection of some of the varied designs we have been responsible for recently:

Automotive Power Electronics – Design of High Power (up to 650A) AC and DC motor controllers for UK headquarters of a multi-national company. Products installed in very harsh environments on battery powered vehicles.

Telecommunications – UK based technology start-up. Routability are employed in the design of extremely complex multi-gigabit cards using high density interconnect (HDI) as well as providing technical input for pcb manufacture and assembly. To date all designs have been delivered on or ahead of very demanding customer deadlines.

Medical – Physiotherapy vibratory unit developed for a local CEM; low technology, conventional circuitry, very high volumes and used throughout the world.

Oil and Gas – Multi-national company with UK and European based operations. Medium volume surface mount technology adaptors. A re-engineering exercise was undertaken at our own risk in order  to demonstrate significant product cost reduction.
